Edison Hill Management Team

Edison Hill was founded in 2004 by Warren and Chris Beazley, who combine experience with a hands-on approach to maintaining the highest standards of service to employers and jobseekers.

Chris has 13 years experience working in recruitment, 11 of which have been in the IT sector. Before establishing Edison Hill Chris had over five years experience of being a director at a well established IT recruitment company. Prior to working in recruitment he spent 10 years working in the city as a broker for an international insurance company.

Warren has over 20 years experience in business-to-business sales and sales management. In the last 12 years he has held directorships and management posts within the Contract and Permanent IT Recruitment sector.

Inspiration

Founders Chris and Warren Beazley were inspired to name Edison Hill after two great innovators:

Thomas Edison, the inventor who was renowned for his bright ideas, including the light bulb. Like him we provide total commitment and a determination to succeed.

Napoleon Hill, the author who pioneered ideas on achievement and success. We align ourselves with his ‘anything is possible’ attitude and determination to overcome obstacles to deliver.
